New Nails

This was my first time getting my nails done at this shop and my first time getting my nails done at all in several years. I was looking to get an overlay that would help protect my natural nails a bit. Alex did an amazing job. He made sure to keep a natural look and that the gel wasn’t too thick. I love that he explained the different options I had and stopped to ensure I was satisfied with every step. I’ll definitely be back to see him. I was a walk-in on a Saturday early evening and was immediately seated and even got my eyebrows cleaned up.

Had a very nice experience here! Alina was lovely in helping me out and gave me a water bottle. She was even quick to correct an accidental color mix-up. Robert gave me a good pedicure and was very nice! Brian also gave me a very detailed gel-x set and was very accommodating. I also liked that the removal of my previous set was done with cotton pads and acetone as opposed to just popping them off. I would definitely come back!

I walk in and wanted a pedicure and my nails done. My pedicure was great, when he sat me down to dry my nails I thought they would do my hands. I sat there for a while without being checked on it was 7pm and I asked one of the men questions and he gave me prices. He said it was too late but i should have been told there would be no time for hands. I was told to come back tomorrow mad!!

Although I waited 1 hour, ( I was a walk-in) They were all extremely nice, The girl helping me did her best trying to find the right color and the 2 guys helping her find everything to do my glass nails. They did not make me feel bad for asking questions. I will be returning, great customer service
