I took my 3 girls ages 8, 10, & 12 to get their hair done this was our first and last time at this Salon. I requested wash, deep conditioner, trim, and curl. They had 3 different stylists and 2 out of the 3 heads were half trimmed. The curls last good as we walked out the door. I paid $135 per kid to receive poor service. Too much to pay for bad service even 1 of the stylist looked at my daughter head and was trying to redo from the stylist that had completed her head and left for the day. Trying to support black business is not always best I took them to Menas for their next appointment and it was a total different in pay I paid $100 for wash, hot oil treatment, and style per kid and I was very satisfied with the end result.

Visited Thairapy for the 1st time for nail services. My technician Mocca was amazing. Took time to inquire about what i like prior to starting services. She was gentle, thorough and professional. Need nail services? Mocca comes highly recommended.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Thairapy! From the moment I called in a panic because my original plan fell through, they were incredibly accommodating. They got us in for appointments starting at the crack of dawn—6 AM! I was amazed that they were willing to come in early just to make sure we looked fabulous for a wedding the next day. Our stylist, Rita, was an absolute gem! Along with her talented assistant, Zay, they worked tirelessly from 6 AM to 7 PM, effortlessly managing all of our hair needs without a hint of hesitation. My sons got the most amazing braids and twists, my teen got a stunning traditional sew-in, and I opted for a silk press that turned out beautifully. Each hairstyle was exactly what we wanted! The atmosphere in the salon was warm and inviting, making us feel like we were part of a family rather than just another client. My daughter has been here before, but this experience truly sealed the deal for us—we are officially locked in as regulars! I am incredibly grateful and relieved to have had such a wonderful experience. If you’re looking for a salon that goes above and beyond, look no further! My girl Ari is gentle, thorough and knowledgeable. She gives me the best shampoo that always lasts at least 30 minutes, and takes her time to perfect my silk press. Black excellence at its finest ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
