I walked in about 6 minutes after opening and had a wonderful experience! Ruby and D made my nails look the best they ever have, I really have never had my nails shaped this perfectly before. I had a few inspo pictures and some additional requests, and they worked patiently with me. The no-chip service was gentle and efficient. The salon is also extremely clean and somehow doesn’t smell super strongly of polish! I will absolutely be coming back!

This place is family-owned, and they truly treat you like part of the family. The service was exceptional, and they did an amazing job on my nails. I'm absolutely in love with the result! If you're looking for a friendly atmosphere and beautiful nails, I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be returning!

I got a no-chip mani pedi and my sister got a pedi with acrylics — both of our nail techs did an amazing job! They really took their time and paid attention to detail, even though we came in closer to closing. The salon was super clean, relaxing, and beautifully kept. You can tell they really care about the quality of their work and their clients. We’ll definitely be coming back!

April shines as a beacon of excellence! The service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is truly uplifting. The massage chair during the pedicure transforms the experience into pure bliss! The friendly staff makes every visit feel like a treat.

I would have given 5 stars, but there were several issues with the nail polish application process that affected my experience. It took almost an hour just to apply no-chip polish to my toenails, which has never happened to me before. At most salons, the tech checks whether the polish has dried properly by gently touching the nails — but that step was skipped entirely. As a result, when I got home, the polish was smudged and didn’t have a clean white finish. I ended up fixing it myself. I originally came in wanting a French no-chip pedicure, but it didn’t work out. The polish seemed old and wasn’t applying well, and my toenails weren’t shaped as sharply as I asked (which impacted the French tip aesthetic). After April tried multiple times — erasing and reapplying the French tips — I asked to just switch to a plain white no-chip polish to avoid wasting both of our time and to stop having to repeatedly explain the nail shape I wanted. The white polish also seemed a bit old, but at that point, I just wanted it to look decent. April did a great job with toe care, such as cuticle cleaning and some callus removal, and she was very attentive during the service. However, there seemed to be a language barrier when I tried to explain the nail shape I wanted. A few of the toenails didn’t end up with the sharp square shape I requested. When I pointed this out, she tried to blame my nails, saying they were chipped — but I know they weren’t. They were long and healthy when I came in. That felt a bit dismissive. The next day, I called to let her know about the smudging. She did offer to fix it, which I appreciated, but I live far from the salon and had already redone it at home. I asked if she could just refund the tip instead, but that turned into a bit of back-and-forth. Rather than acknowledging that she had skipped a step, she tried to say my toes probably weren’t under the light properly. That came off as unprofessional to me. I asked if she could offer a $10 discount for next time, but she became noticeably frustrated, so I dropped it — it was difficult enough just asking for the tip refund. I could have asked for a full or partial refund for the pedicure itself, but I didn’t — I know she put a lot of time and effort into the service, and everyone makes mistakes. That’s why it was frustrating that she made even a small request like a tip refund so difficult. On the other hand, my mom had a great experience with Ruby. She was very gentle, attentive, and made sure my mom’s polish was completely dry after curing — a step I wish had been done for me. There was a slight language barrier, so April helped translate, but it wasn’t a big issue. Ruby was also very kind and patient with my mother, who absolutely loved her nails. Ruby definitely deserves 5 stars. April could have been a five-star tech — she was very thorough and friendly at first — but the lack of accountability, rudeness over the phone and the skipped drying check really impacted my overall experience. ***EDIT: Thank you for the response. I want to clarify a few things since your reply didn't fully reflect what happened. The main issue was the polish application — the drying step was skipped, which caused smudging, and the white polish didn’t apply cleanly. I did appreciate the offer to fix it, but I live far and had already corrected it myself at home. I asked for the full $20 tip back because the service didn’t meet expectations. You refunded $10, which I accepted after you explained Ruby had already received her tip. I never meant to take anything from someone who did nothing wrong — I was simply trying to resolve a situation fairly. I also suggested a $10 discount for next time as a goodwill gesture — not a demand — especially since I could have reasonably asked for a partial or full refund but chose not to. I do respect your right to say no, but I also believe customers have the right to give honest feedback when the service falls short.
