TOK Nails

I love coming to this place to get my nails done. They’ve been super easy to make appointments with, even do walk-in’s with! All of the staff is so sweet, nice, and careful with the nails and hands. I really do enjoy coming here!

I have been going here for about 3 months. After being with my prior tech for 5 years, I became very particular about my nails. I first had my nails done by an older tech and a male tech who did well. A nail broke, they repaired it for free. Then, I started booking with Kim. She is amazing! Not only is she great at what she does, she’s a great person. She did my nails when my sister passed away and she always takes care of her clients. As long as I can, I’ll be there.

On Sunday morning, I visited Tok Nails for a manicure and pedicure—my first time at this location. I was assisted by an older technician. Throughout the service, I noticed that the instruments used for my pedicure were not in sterile packaging. The technician repeatedly retrieved tools from her cart and used them to cut into areas of my nails that should not be altered. At one point, she caused my toe to bleed. Instead of properly addressing the injury, she reinserted the piece of nail she had cut out and then continued with the pedicure as if nothing had happened(first image for reference). Shortly after leaving, both of my big toes began to hurt. While the initial pain subsided, swelling developed. Today, July 9, 2025, I noticed green pus coming from both my toes as shown in the images. It is clear this location is not following proper sanitation practices or appropriate pedicure techniques. This experience has raised serious concerns about their hygiene standards and the safety of their services.

Absolutely love my nails!! The service and Tanya was the absolute best. I live pretty far but totally worth it for these nails.

They always go above and beyond and never rush their service to make sure the end result is top tier! The nails stay on for so long too and they are so talented with their artwork! Thank you Toknails :))
