One of the best parts of my experience is that my daughters have joined me in this magical journey. Best nails I’ve had in years! Only place I’ll go now when I need them done! 10/10 would recommend (They did my engagement nails and every set after! These are a few of my favorites!)

I went in hoping to treat myself for my birthday and left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and humiliated. The nails were turning out thick, uneven, and nothing like I wanted. I wasn’t rude. I even planned to tip, I just told the tech I didn’t like them and asked to have them taken off so I didn’t have to leave like that on my birthday. When my ride arrived and I went to pay, they tried to charge me $55 for a final product I never received. The woman I believe was the manager got defensive, raised her voice, and argued with me in front of everyone. Then a man, who didn’t even work on my nails, joined in, both of them talking down to me, saying I “should never get powder or acrylic” and acting like I was wrong for expecting my nails to look good. Instead of offering to make it right, they made me feel small, stupid, and like I was the problem; all while other customers watched. On my birthday, of all days. That is not customer service, that is bullying. I will never step foot in this place again.

Sadly, my visit to this salon was not positive. For a full & pedicure the price was absolutely absurd. My pedicure would have been lovely if it wasn't full of very cold extra greasy cream. And my nails got butchered! No other words for it! The environment was not very friendly so I popped in my headphones and watched a show. The fill took way to long especially considering the result. Unfortunately I can't recommend Nail Art & Spa. Hopefully others have had more positive experiences...
