Underground Nail Art

I had the pleasure of being serviced by both Jasmine and Nancy. This salon is fantastic! I was greeted by friendly smiles and immediately sat for my appointment. Both women took great care of my service making sure I was comfortable the entire time. My nails were wrecked when I came in and they worked some serious magic on them. My nails are beautiful! I can’t wait for my next appointment. So glad to have found my forever salon.

Loved the service and attention to detail. Not to mention they offer complementary coffee for all services which I loved that! Not many places offer free coffee! I got cat eye nails with a design and gems and they look great still no lifting at all. I truly recommend getting your nail services here. Will be back very soon😍☺️.

I went back to this location after learning that they were under new management on 12/2 for gel X manicure a few days later on 12/6 my nail came off. Very disappointed. I won’t be back. Updated to add another nail has come off.

The last 2 times I came here I loved my nails and the customer service was great. This last time I came it made me cry. I come in for gel x extensions and nail art which i booked for on Booksy. They tell me they can’t do the nail art that day bc it was too complicated and I was gonna have to come in the next day just for the art, that it was gonna be $15 for the art and $68 for the extensions that day. I come in the next day for the art. They charged me $30. I asked why it changed from $15, she said it was because of the chrome or some shit. The first two images are the references. I asked for a little of both in there. The last is what I got. Is this worth $100 for the inconvenience of having to come back for second day and having the art not even be that close to the references? I genuinely don’t know if I’m exaggerating or not. These were for my birthday. Everyone is very nice and patient, but I don’t think these nails are worth $100 and they need to communicate better. Why was it my fault that I booked for nail art and they didn’t time it accordingly? Why is it my fault that they didn’t just say no we can’t do this or we can do something different but more expensive? And to upcharge me after I agreed to a different price? Idk the whole thing just sucked.
