This is seriously everything you want and need from a nail salon!! Everyone is so nice, gentle & patient which is really rare to find at a great price in this city. Back in July, I had a sneaking suspicion I was getting engaged but I had accidentally just cut my nails to short nubs… I decided to try Refine and got a russian manicure & gel to hopefully fix the look of my nails. Mora did an amazing job - I instantly felt better, she practically saved my engagement day. Now I’ve been coming here ever since and my nails have grown while remaining healthy. Mora and Nadine have both given me an incredible service but even just looking around the salon, everyone is so talented and deeply cares about their customers so you really cannot go wrong!! Highly recommend coming here - you won’t regret it 🩷

TLDR; Refine Nails and Spa is 10/10! Gunya and Mora deserve their flowers! My nails have never looked better! As a chronic nail biter/picker, my nails have always been an insecurity of mine. As I’ve gotten older, I have curbed the habit enough to finally see nail growth and healing cuticles. That being said, I have avoided nail salons for the last 10+ years, as I knew that my damaged cuticles and often painful hangnails would make me feel anything but pampered. On a whim, I decided to book a same-day, last-minute appointment for a Builder Gel + Russian manicure. When I arrived, the salon was clean, well-lit and overall, very welcoming. I had the pleasure of working with Gunya, and immediately she eased all of my nerves. She was so gentle, and thorough, throughout the Russian manicure + builder gel application. She was kind, would routinely encourage me to check her work to ensure the outcome was as expected. Mora completed the ombré French tip and any last finishing touches to perfect the manicure. She is as meticulous as she is talented and I could not recommend her enough. I actually can’t stop looking at my nails, I am so incredibly impressed! Refine has exceeded my expectations and I cannot wait to return!

I typically see Nadin for Russian manicures and builder gel, Tracey for acrylics, and have had pedicures with various staff members. Each appointment reflects the same high level of attention and expertise. The technicians are gentle and precise, checking in throughout to ensure comfort and satisfaction with every detail, from color and shape to nail health. Their product selection is carefully curated, and they are highly knowledgeable in recommending what will best suit each client. Every visit begins with a brief consultation to confirm services and make thoughtful adjustments when needed. Pedicures are especially noteworthy: luxurious products, restorative treatments, and thoughtful attention that never feels routine. Added touches, such as beverages, comfortable seating, and phone stands, enhance the overall experience. Each appointment leaves me with nails that are not only beautiful and long-lasting but also exceed expectations. This is the most calming and relaxing nail salon I have ever been to. The atmosphere is cozy and warm. They have a LARGE selection of nail polish brands and colors. When you make an appointment you can trust that no matter which nail tech you get you will be happy with the results. I have gone to both Ava and Mora. Both of them listen to your preferences and deliver well! The prices are reasonable for the service that is provided. If you’re struggling to find a trustworthy place I would come here.

I recently moved to the city and was in search of a new nail place! Found this one and haven’t tried any other since. The staff are all so kind and helpful, the salon is clean and peaceful, and prices are very reasonable. They do promos often too which is super nice! Mora always does such a great job. I would recommend this nail spot to anyone and everyone!
