2025-10-05Terrible service, terrible pedicure. She took 4 phone calls during my pedicure. It was $95. When all of a sudden done she didn’t help me get out of the chair. She didn’t have my shoes or my purse. I struggled getting out of the chair and she didn’t care. what a horrible place it used to be good and now it’s bad I would not come here at all. You pay so much money for below standard service.

The environment is beautiful and soothing, the technicians are all so nice, and the work is detailed and well done. Special shout out to Anne who does my nails, she pays such attention to detail and is a pleasure to talk to! And to Mei for her fun, carefree conversations, she is so great with kids and adults! 2023-04-20I had forgotten to take appointment the night before. I called them in the morning and they asked me come in an hour, very accommodating. My mom and I got no chip French nails and pedi done. The guy who did my nails was so precise in his craft. I love my French nails. All the technicians are very professional. I found the ambiance very clean and elegant. Great experience overall 10/10.
