first time getting my nails done in years, i’m really happy with the result 😊 i paid around $60 for my set and it took about 1hr 45 min. my nail tech was very nice and polite and very detailed oriented. will definitely be recommending!

This place is amazing! #1 nail salon I've been to in Chicago. Their pricing is super reasonable, every employees' work is on point, the owners are an AWESOME duo, AND their pedicures A-mazing 😊 I always leave there happy 10/10- I recommend them to everybody.

I love Nail Bliss! All the staff is so friendly and will give you what you want. The amount of work and detail they put in shows how much they care. The prices match their work! I love getting a hot stone pedicure there. The staff form a positive relationship with you and are always excited to see you when you walk in.

I usually go here to do my toes and I never have any issues. I actually went on 07/03/2025 to get a no chip manicure and blooming gel flowers on my nails for my birthday. I got an older man was nice in the beginning but once I shown him what I wanted, I can see the look on his face that he was concerned. I asked for funny bunny (milky white) as he was putting coats on i can tell i was going to need more cause it was so patchy. It turned out that he couldnt do the blooming gel flower for me, so the owner she came over to try do it for him but instead she showed a younger man do it and went back to her customer. So the younger man tried doing it and it was not looking right, he proceeded to do the other hand. As i kept starring at my hands the flowers were not right and the white nail polish was so patchy. I was not rude at all, i said I am sorry but if this is too much work can I just have the no chip instead ( i was in the chair going about an hour and more already) The younger man got up and left, the older man proceeded to file the design off and the nails to add more white. As he was doing this, he was burning me with the tool and I pulled my hand back. During this whole process you can tell he was upset, but I am sorry I am not paying an extra $12 for something I do not like. I really wish there was communication of telling the customer that he couldnt do it or I could of waited for someone else to do it for me. I posted what I left with and I still paid for the service and tipped him. I actually had to go to another person to have my bday nails done the way I wanted. I actually had to spend double the amount sine i paid this salon and i went somewhere else. I left very disappointed and I wish the owner would of checked with me during the process. I am writing this review because I am a kind person and paid for the service even though i did not get what i wanted. I hope the owners read this review and maybe they can reply to this.

absolutely loved my experience. Ava was my tech and she was awesome, went above and beyond so i left loving my nails and i did, thank you again will definitely be coming back
