Lee Nails

The lady that I had was wearing all red, a low ponytail, a red sparkly hat, and red and black shirt with some marbles on it. From the start she looked like she just wanted to get job over with, which I will admit, should’ve been my first sign to leave. When applying the acrylic she somehow managed to get it under the nail on three fingers. She wasn’t going to fix it. I had to tell her to fix it right before she applied the clear gel… and keep telling her…. And keep telling her until it was okay ENOUGH. When filing with the little machine tool, foam filer thing, and nail filer, she managed to hurt me twice with EACH tool. At some point when she was filing, she was looking at someone else to the side of me and rubbing super hard, I had to pull my hand away and scream “OW”. I can see my actual nail on multiple fingers because she did not fill the whole nail with the acrylic. I did not even end up doing the design I wanted because I was in so much pain and simply so upset with my experience. The one and only time she said “sorry” was when she noticed her manager ask me why I had such a glum face on, every other time she said “oops”. Then when I told the manager why I was a little upset, which I didn’t want to say right then and there cause she was only a few feet away, she got all defensive and rambled off in her language to her coworkers. The manager gave me $10 for my set but $65 for this experience is very unsettling. I’m currently on the car ride home and my whole left hand hurts and my fingers are all cut up and red. Please don’t go here!

I really enjoy coming to this place to get my nails done at this location this particular day I came in with my two little girls and myself and I had got a pedicure and a manicure as well as my two girls. This young lady she was patient in spirit she did my little girls feet & her hands she was patient kind and pleasant as well as gentle. I thank God for your gentleness. To the wonderful lady that did my feet and I told her my ankles was hurting and my boss suspended me because of my ankles where swollen but I said thank you for putting a hot bag on my ankles they feel so much better

I Love this place! Kid friendly, my kids as well love coming here. Always get my nails done with Ken, the young man and he has never disappointed me. Today was first time getting pedicure and the best ever. Was offered a service not expensive and it was so relaxing. Great Job to every team member there.

Had a great experience here today. Got a fill-in. Was taken care of right away. Super professional and meticulous. Ready for memorial day weekend. 💅🏼 Posted two pictures: one outdoors, one indoors. Definitely recommend this place and will be back.

What an outstanding and friendly shop! Kim did my pedicure and she is efficient, friendly, helpful, and made great suggestions. She has super strong hands, and thr sugar rub was heavenly. I strongly recommend the entire shop, which is right inside of entrance #3 at Ford City Mall.
