2025-08-09It was my 2nd time here today. I came years ago for my Valentine’s Day acrylics and they came out beautiful. Today I got a no chip color change- no pedicure just change the color on my toes and trim them. I told the lady that I wanted them trimmed but she full on cut them super short. I was sooo disappointed. Usually, when I go to other salons they ask before cutting and say “is this good?” Because once you cut them, that’s it you cannot make them longer, you can always cut them shorter. She rushed through so fast I mean I was done in 10 short minutes and all my toe nails are crooked and short. I told her that they were super short and she looked at me and said “well you wanted them cut.” I literally wanted to cry because they are THAT ugly. Communication is key when you’re getting a service done and that was NOT the case today for me. My toe nails look AWFUL….
