Really friendly staff. I did a walk in and they were only able to do one service which was totally okay for a walk in. Definitely recommend an appointment they were pretty busy. They were very gentle. Great atmosphere would recommend. Clean and quiet environment with modern feel. Color and polish looks great. Paid $35 for a regular pedicure

Where to begin... I am so disappointed. I did a lot of research on nail salons in my area and landed on this on as they had great reviews and it looked clean. I am not sure what happened... but this might have been my worst experience ever in a nail salon. First regarding service. I got there when it first opened and when I asked if they took walk-ins I felt as if I was being a burden. The girl (without any greeting) only asked what I wanted to get done. Due to no services being listed anywhere I just said dip nails as I had always wanted to try it. While trying to check-in I was distracted by the technician and the front desk girl clicked out of the screen I was in. I said I wasn't sure if I was fully checked-in and fiddled around with the screen but no help or reassurance was offered. The girl at the front desk wasn't at the front desk for 70% of the time I was there and probably 80% of the time I did see her out from the backroom, she was on her personal cell. I will give her credit as she called me immediately after I left because I forgot my card (I ran out because I didn't want to cry in front of everyone). But overall the behavior was super unprofessional. Now for the nail stuff... 1. I wish the technician would have provided me any guidance regarding my nails. He asked about the shape and I said almond after informing him I really didn't know... and he ended up taking 90% of my length off though we had already discussed that I wanted to keep as much length as possible. 2. Every nail file used on me was previously used and filthy. I don't go to get my nails done often but I do know you shouldn't be using something that is is porous on multiple customers. It is totally unsanitary. 3. Along the same line, the sanding band used on me was also previously used and the drill seemed to have a mind of its own... I think I got a bit of a ring of fire on a couple of nails due to its changing speed. 4. All of the other bits in the case with the sanding band were filthy... even the metal ones which can be so easily cleaned. I mean I was his first customer.... everything should have been cleaned. 5. I do have tight hands and tried to keep them relaxed as much as possible... but it was hard when I had nothing to rest my hand on. The table under my hand was full of my nail shavings from the filing so if I would have rested my hand I could have potentially contaminated the dip. I guess I was more worried about that than the technician. 6. I understand using your nail to clean around someone else's... but if your nail is too wide or not long enough just use an orange stick. 7. The final product was so bad.. I was speechless when he said I was done. I was put at the drying table with a fan that didn't even work and no instructions as to how long or where I could wash my hands after (see the pics to understand why I wanted to wash my hands). My nails look like I asked for the bubble nails... but worse because the are so uneven... I am sitting her crying now because I don't know if this can even be fixed or if I ruined my nails for nothing. All of my friends who have gotten dip they were thinner and not bulky... Again, there are probably really good technicians here... but my experience was horrendous and I don't know if I could give this place a second chance. (the pictures were taken directly after I got out of the salon in the parking lot) Edit: Dip is supposedly supposed to last 3-4 weeks... mine was chipping within 1-2 weeks. I officially soaked them off after spending 2 hours after this catastrophe attempting to fix them. Oh and just so everyone is aware this salon hasn't even attempted to reach out and better the situation. *crickets* After a year or so I went to a new salon and asked for dip nails after convincing myself that maybe I was overreacting. I was not. This is how did should look and feel. Trying a new salon solidified for me that the nail tech I had here was either severely unqualified or didn't care and he shouldn't have a license if he even had one.

Vivian did a no-chip mani for me this evening and it turned out wonderful. She’s meticulous and you can tell she wants to do the service right. I’ll definitely be back to see her again!

Cindy and Anne are amazing they are very gentle and understand your needs. They are patient and outgoing. The salon is very luxurious, unlike any other. Highly recommend this nail salon. Even the bathroom is beautiful.

Place looks nice but the lady who did my nails wasn't polite neither nice. She didn't prepare my nails correctly,she put acrylic over my cuticles on some nails. Also she buff my skin next to nail plate and that hurts a lot. I usually doing my nails by myself but this time I didn't have time ,I thought it would be easier if I go and pay someone to do that. When I asked her we she left my nails in different length she start laughing with other girl who worked there on their native language. That was rude because I could guess that she didn't say anything nice about me. But that didn't bother me to much. I just wanted to finish and go home to prepare for my vacation. When I left salon I noticed that my nails start peeling next to cuticles. Also my nails were all different length. I came back and talked to other lady,explained what is the problem and they scheduled me appointment dor day after. When I came for correction some guy did my nails and he did a very good job. I read good reviews about this place but I didn't have good experience.
