Dahlia Nail Spa

This was my first time visiting this salon and more than likely my last. My regular tech at another nail shop wasn’t available today. I guess convenience is not always the answer since I decided to give them a try because they were near my home. The water temperature was much cooler than I prefer. When I first put my feet in the water, I said ooh this is cold. I saw her adjust it but it still was not as warm as I would have preferred. As she remove the old cuticle, I notice she one touch the big toe (barely)and the one next to it… missing the others completely. I actually pointed to the big toe because I noticed she needed to remove more of the dead cuticles. She proceeded to remove it and then went straight to my other foot. Again, barely removing anything. I know there was more to be removed because it had been 4 weeks since I had a pedicure. Also, there were two clients sitting next to me that was offered something to drink by (Amy and by the way, I noticed she was very personable), my nail tech (Hanna, that was the name on her smock) did not ask me if I wanted anything. As a matter of fact, the only thing she said to me the entire time was “would you like them cut down? and “what color? I got white polish and I was very disappointed in how my toes turned out. The white polish was on top of my skin at the top near the cuticle. She tried to clean it up… but only after I told her too and only touched the one I pointed. I had to tell her to do the other one. As I looked closely, they were not even shaped even. I was now over it!!! This was definitely not the best service that I’ve experienced, I was very disappointed. Management, a piece of feedback for you… observe the nail techs work more closely and provide feedback when necessary, these services are certainly not cheap and client should get what they paid for and leave the establishment happy. I arrived at 11:58a and sat in the chair at 12:06p and my service was over at 12:38. Wow!!!!😡

After reading the reviews and seeing the glowing reviews of how well they do with kids, I brought my 6 year old daughter with me for a pre-vacation pedicure. They made her first time so special and they were so sweet with her. She’s absolutely over the moon with her nails and the entire experience and so am I. This will definitely be our regular nail salon now!

Amy did such a great job on my nails- highly reccomend gel x! The salon is super clean and the entire staff are really friendly. 10/10 customer service. I will absolutely be back!

I thoroughly enjoy coming and getting my nails done here. Everyone is always friendly and offers a cold beverage. My nails always look exceptionally beautiful and Johnny always does a wonderful job on every design I show him I want. I highly recommend, 10 out of 10!!!

This is definitely my new "go to" place! Im very picky about my nails after a few traumatic experiences. Everyone here is so nice and welcoming! Their techs are super talented and offer a more than fair price for their work. Free drinks and a great environment!
