What a great experience for the first visit. Such a calm atmosphere. Professional and friendly Throughly impressed. This is my new favourite place to go. First time getting my nails done so I was a walk in customer. The environment was very nice, relaxing and they offered refreshments too. I enjoyed the quietness, however, it was nice to converse too. I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you, Ethan!

Love this place, they did such an amazing job. Never seen designs as good as the ones I got today. If you go ask for Ethan. He did an amazing job and help me out with my baby when I had no hands!! Best place to go for your nails!!!

The only reason I am giving this two stars is for the staff member whom did my acrylic set this afternoon who did a great job. She was professional and very kind to deal with. We arrived at 145 to be greeted by her which started off to be what we thought would be a nice visit to get our nails done… sadly we were mistaken it went downhill! The woman who did my nails was so pleasant, attentive to detail and very kind to talk to. My step daughter’s attendant was less than pleasant she was rude and on her phone half the appointment and did not make any attempt at professional interaction. This woman was very dismissive and rude to the staff member doing my nails. This attitude was not called for leaving us feeling uncomfortable the entire appointment. I felt so badly for the woman doing my nails I attempted to be kind and make friendly conversation with my staff member to distract from the others trashy behaviour. First off you are wirh a client and a phone should no where be in site. Second, if you have an issue with another staff member deal with it behind closed doors and not in front of paying client’s Over all a very terrible and disappointing experience. Will not be returning when back in Barrie. Photo is an example of work completed Use caution when attending this location I should’ve asked for a refund for this experience! ***the business manager called to speak with me directly. No refund was offered due to being a new business apparently they can’t refund something due to this nature but speak with their staff regarding their actions. A free service was offered- we are located hours away and are on holidays therefore cannot go back to have this completed regardless I do not feel comfortable returning after how this poor service turned out. While I appreciate the call I do not appreciate how this situation was dealt with and will not recommend due to our experience today.

Beautiful spa. Very relaxing. Very clean. I used to go to Tomi nails but I feel this spa exceeds them by far. Cindy is a perfectionist and did a beautiful job. Everyone is so kind and attentive. The chairs are the most comfortable I've ever been in. They are different from the common spa chairs. Thank you Cindy!
