Got my hair done yesterday by Natalia. She did AMAZING!!!! First photo is before, last two are after. I’m obsessed with my dark hair!!

I made an appointment to get a Brazilian wax It was confirmed through a booking text The day prior. I showed up and the doors were locked. Nobody was there. I texted the aesthetician she Didn’t respond for about two more hours. I obviously ended up going home after waiting there for 30 minutes. When she responded she just said sorry I forgot. She asked when I would like to reschedule and then neglected to respond for another three days. Didn’t even offer any compensation for my next appointment. I am In the same Business field, and if I forgot a clients appointment, I would be devastated. I would immediately give them 50% off. Because if a client No-shows for me I charge them 50% of the service. I expect the same if an aesthetician no shows me. also, she does not have a sink in her room, that is illegal. You need to have some form of sink, portable or plumbed in. She never had me fill out a consultation form. If I was on Accutane and she waxed me, she would’ve ripped my skin because she had no clue what medication I was on or if I had any diseases. Not worth the $65 (ish) cost plus i always gave her a $15-$25 tip.

Natalia is a very very rare gem of a hairdresser that knows how to turn photos into real life. She has an amazing eye for color matching. She's also just generally very pleasant to be around and talk to. And, as a bonus, the only person I've met so far that is sensitive scalp friendly(:

AMAZING!! Jenee is a wonderful hairstylist, and has been so kind and Accommodating. I have very thick hair, and its been a hassle trying to find a good stylist who doesn’t seem annoyed or rushed to work with my hair. Not only that, but I can’t emphasize how healthy my hair feels and looks. 1000% recommend :)

All the girls are amazing whether you’re looking for nails, hair, pedicures and more! The vibes are amazing and everyone is so talented!
