Wildflower Spa and Salon at Seasons

We booked last minute dual pedicures today and got the only appointment available. It ended up being a full white out snow day and it was the perfect activity. Jackie and Rachel were great! The shower and steam room before the treatment was great. Christine even decided to get a quick pedicure. The tea was tasty and the view was great, for what we could see through the white out snow storm.

A fantastic experience. I got an amazing facial with Meredith and a massage with Andrew. Both had the hands of angels. Made me feel soooo relaxed and pampered, never like they were clock watching waiting for the appointment to end. Both truly care about their craft and overall connecting with people. Not sure when I’ll be back to Sandpoint (I was here for a wedding and live in Florida) but I will come straight to Wildflower if I return. I recommend anyone and everyone come here asap for a total relaxation and caring experience!

Today I took my grandma in for a pedicure pamper day, and we had Rachel and (I think) Katie. I highly recommend them both! They were absolutely wonderful. Rachel took such amazing care of my grandma - she was gentle, kind, and made her feel like a queen! Katie was a total doll — funny, upbeat, and so much fun to be around. Not to mention the friendship between the two ladies was awesome! Usually you don’t see employees so friendly to one another. I just love this place!

Jessica was amazing, my hair is beautiful, she did an excellent job with the color and cut. I feel fresh and ready for fall!

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. When I booked, I was told the stylist would reach out beforehand to discuss color options but that never happened. When I arrived, the wash bowl still had hair and dye residue from the previous client - not a great first impression. I explained clearly that I wanted something low-maintenance and specifically asked to avoid red, gold, or brassy tones. I even showed a photo for reference: natural roots with lighter ends, like a balayage. What I received was the opposite: brassy streaks starting at my part that will take years to grow out. The haircut was also uneven and had to be corrected by another stylist. The appointment itself was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I was left leaning back in the bowl for the entire processing time with almost no padding and by the end the back of my head was numb. I rarely leave online reviews, maybe two or three in my life. But given the considerable cost of professional hair services and the lasting impact when they’re done so poorly, this one felt worth writing. Overall, the experience fell far below what I’d expect from a professional salon, both in cleanliness and in listening to the client’s requests.
