2025-08-21My daughter and I got the special pedicures done here at 4 seasons. Rachael did my daughter’s toes and they look really nice. My toes were done by Cindy and I am less than pleased with the results. It isn’t as neat as I would prefer. Some of the polish got on my cuticle and the polish looks uneven and sloppy. I feel like I could have a done a better job myself. Overall I am underwhelmed by my experience at this salon and don’t know if I will return again.

2025-06-06I don’t even know where to begin. This was the WORST salon I’ve EVER been to. SO dirty and the staff are SO rude. There was random debris floating in my water for my pedicure??? My pedicure was rushed and I got dirty looks the entire time after asking for French tips… which I complained they didn’t look good and they redid them and they still looked awful. Whatever, I just smiled and said they were fine and prepared for my full set. I expected the worst and I sure got it. I got switched over to a gentleman who was extremely hostile. I told him 4 TIMES I needed my nails shorter. They are still longer than I wanted, I just gave up. He cut me twice and blamed it on me, no apology. His own finger nails were caked with dirt and grime, no gloves. I am fully expecting an infection of some sort. He refused to let me look at my nails in between cures and in a very hostile manner told me to put my hand in the UV light. I felt sooo degraded I fought back tears the entire time. I didn’t get what I wanted, my nails are thick and uneven, and there’s something all over my finger nails which I’ve never experienced after getting acrylics before. I’m not at all a Karen. I don’t expect perfection. But today PISSED me off.
