Salon 800

I got acrylics done they were a fill and I was nicked the entire time it lasted 2 hours long for a simple fill and color no design. I will not be coming back to this nail salon, since I also got injured when they were removing the old nail that I had on so the acrylic and dug into my real nail causing me to get injured and on top of that instead of putting something on where I was injured they continue to put chemicals on everywhere that had been either cut or dug into. The placing of the acrylic was not the greatest the paint on top of that was not the greatest either I am very disappointed with the outcome of this process. Also was informed that the person who did my nails does not do acrylic nails I suggest that you guys update your site when you have people who are not ready to do acrylics for customers, otherwise this will be a reoccurring thing for other customers.

My daughter and I came in to have our nails done the gal said that we need to have patience I told her I have patience but didn't expect it to take 2 hours long to do nails and another two to do my daughter's nails the acrylic that she put on she did a horrible job at it Nicked me and my daughter several times then when she painted them she did a horrible job her name is Keisha the person that did my nails and my daughters i feel we got ripped off cause her service is the worst I have ever had in all my years of getting nails now the polish is coming off and it is the day after they were done I don't know how you can keep her employed my appointment was at 9:30 she didn't finish until 11:30 my daughters appointment was at 10 she didn't start her until 11:30 got her done at 1:30 made me miss an appointment in Boise at 1pm it should never take anyone this long to do nails get rid of her

Aug 2024, took my kiddo for a haircut and Austyn was amazing as usual. I've been having Austyn work with my hair for nearly 2 years and she does an excellent job. She recently moved to Salon 800 and the atmosphere seems positive and supportive. The other team members are friendly and it's very convenient for me.

Briana is our go to gal!! Each of my kids have specific hair needs, curly, thick, untamed. She has a talent that can handle each one and she won't just cave to whatever they want if it's not right for their hair! She is also the best color mixer I know. She is beyond talented and knows exactly what I mean when I describe my ideas to her!!
