Worst manicure of my life! I was in town on vacation so I tried this place. I had a male nail technician who was terrible. He was fast and sloppy. My cuticles were bleeding after. I stopped him several times to have him try and fix mistakes but he refused. I finally gave up.

Just wanted to get on here and speak my truth. I’ve been getting my nails done with girlfriend Hannah since I moved here last here. She’s very to herself and I don’t mind because I like my nail time to be my getaway time. So we sit in front of each other for an hour, she does my nails, I pay +tip and leave. I recently made a last minute appointment, things came up and I forgot about this appointment. When they called me I felt really bad for not showing up. The receptionist asked if I wanted to reschedule which I did but then Hannah said something to her and she said “Hannah will not be seeing you anymore.” Let me be clear when I say I haven’t missed any other appointments and MOST of the time I go in for my appointments, I wait past my appointment time. What would’ve been a more respectable response in my opinion would be to charge me a cancelation fee. THAT I would understand from a professional standpoint and THAT I would respect. But this… totally disrespectful and unprofessional.

My gel manicure that cost me $40 only lasted two days! I’ve never experienced this and would greatly appreciate management calling me and fixing this.

LOVE! this is my new favorite place! their services are so good and the people are so nice! they do a great job and my nails looked exactly like the picture! their so cute and so cheap compared to most places. i would be paying 100+ for nails like mine somewhere else but mine were only 80$. i will definitely be going back!

I received a $50 gift certificate to this salon for my birthday. Unfortunately, it was misplaced and I didn’t find it until after the expiration date. I called to see if there was any chance they would honor at least a portion of it, since they had already been paid for the certificate, but was told “absolutely not.” I fully understand that gift certificates have expiration dates, but many businesses will offer at least partial credit or a gesture of goodwill in situations like this. Instead, I was left with nothing, despite the salon having already received the money. It’s disappointing, especially since the gift came from a loyal client of theirs. I’ll be letting them know about this experience. A little flexibility would have gone a long way in showing they value both their regulars and new potential customers.
