From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism from the front desk team. They even gave me a tour of the salon, which was such a nice touch and made me feel completely comfortable. The staff took their time with my eyebrow service—offering helpful suggestions and even providing treatment for my skin condition, which I really appreciated. It was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last! Wonderful team, excellent service, and a beautiful salon experience from start to finish.

I recently had a hair extension redo with a stylist named Bailey. I contacted her after I just had hair extensions poorly put in by another salon. Bailey quickly got me in and spent hours redoing my extensions for me. She exceeded my expectations in every way possible. She was so kind and took such amazing care of me, both before and after my appointment. I have received other services from this salon and every experience both my daughter and I have received have been exceptional. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking to be pampered and treated professionally from all staff. Thank you so much for being such an amazing salon. I also wanted to add that their prices for all their services are very reasonable, if not cheaper than other salons.

This med spa is hands down the best in town! I come here regularly to get my nails and hair done, and I always leave feeling refreshed and confident. The staff is so welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. They really go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and happy with the results. It’s not just me who loves it here—my husband and son also got their hair cut, and they both looked fantastic. The stylists are so skilled and attentive, no matter who’s in the chair. When my sisters come into town this is where we like to go! We absolutely love that Nouveau can accommodate all three of us. Sometimes we even splurge and get the Queen's package. We always leave refreshed and rejuvenated. It's awesome having a place like this here.

The building inside is very clean and look brand new. Before my appointment, I have to go to the meditation room and they have snacks and drinks available for free. The waxing went pretty fast. I am very satisfied with my service!
