2023-09-07I went in for a fill and was extremely disappointed. My nails were pre-shaped going in, mismatched and lumpy coming out. The color was a mess in my beds and the top coat did not even fully cover my nails. The tech was more worried about his phone than doing a decent job. I contacted them the same day, and have yet to hear back.
