City Nail and Spa

This salon and Mira exceeded my expectations. It was a relaxing and calm experience. Mira listened to exactly what I wanted for length and shape and she was able to correct the thick gel builder hack job I had from a previous salon. My nails looks great and natural.

I absolutely love this nail salon! Their pedicures are amazing — super relaxing, thorough, and always leave my feet looking and feeling brand new. The whole place is so organized and clean, and you can tell they really take pride in their work. They’re always efficient without ever making you feel rushed. A special shoutout to Mira and Lilly . they are incredibly personable every single time I come in. They remember me, make great conversation, and genuinely make the experience enjoyable. They’re the reason I keep coming back! Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service and a great atmosphere. 💅✨

The experience was just meh. Callus care was barely there. No leg massage even though I paid for a “deluxe” pedicure. No hand massage either even though I paid for a “deluxe” manicure. The massage chairs were weak, it felt like nothing was happening. The polish job itself was fine. Nothing to write home about. Over $100 paid for an extremely underwhelming job. I went with a friend and my pedicure and manicure were done before her pedicure was even done! Not happy at all. Also the same 8 songs were playing on a loop. I don’t know how the employees don’t go crazy. Not pleased with how much money I spent with such poor service. How this place has good reviews is beyond me.

Wasted a lot of money at other salons in Twin trying to find someone who could do an ombre set. Super thankful I stumbled across Mira at City Nail & Spa. She does a beautiful job every single time. By far, the best nail salon in Twin Falls.

I don't get my nails done often so I did not know what colors or shape to get. Mira helped me pick a stunning base and was very patient and delicate with my hands. Her work is amazing and she does it in a timely manner. The salon was very clean and each station is organized nicely. The workers are bubbly and positive, ready to help you! Overall it was a great experience! 😊
