*Important to know This wonderful little salon is now located inside Lena's Nails near Cafè O'Lei on Kehei Road. The two gracious and lovely ladies who do the nails are beautiful inside and out! They are very skilled and caring in their work and will make your sore and tired feet look and feel refreshed again! Highly highly recommended. 10 star service all the way 🤩

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!! Worst manicure I have EVER gotten. EDIT** they reached out to “make it right” (see the response from owner) and then BLOCKED my number when I called and texted!!!!!! Text stopped going through and when I call it goes straight to voicemail. Which is what happens when you get blocked. I would avoid giving this place your business. Super sketchy!!! They only responded to make them look good but they weren’t going to do anything. And I had another person message me privately saying they did the same thing to her. I was SO disappointed in this place and I am so sad it wasn’t great! I came here for my wedding nails, after 3.5 hours and being called a “picky bride” so many times I left with one of the worst manicures I’ve ever had. I wasn’t being picky, she was just terrible at painting on French tips. I wanted extensions with a French tip chrome. The chrome was is over my cuticles, and uneven on my nails and the French tip they painted each finger by hand and they’re all different lengths and thicknesses. My toes look great but they were just white and no design. I think this place can do the bare minimum just fine, but anything additional is French tip, ombré, etc. hard pass. My MOH came too for ombré nails and they looked SO awful. Probably worse than my nails. They were not blended. They used a brush to blend and there were brush strokes. Her nail tech was even ruder than mine when we tried to ask for her to fix it. Both our fiancés (now my husband) could tell the nails were bad as were used to much better nail techs where we live in Washington. We came back so upset especially because these were for my wedding nails. Don’t waste your money or your time coming her for anything other than a basic manicure or pedi. The ladies were super rude to us. It shouldn’t take 3.5 hours for a pedicure and manicure. Biggest waste of $170 I’ve ever spent. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

We went here on a whim and my husband and I received fantastic service. We came in for a spa pedicure and a pedicure with callous removal. The ladies doing our pedis were very knowledgeable. Unfortunately didn’t get any names but the lady with the awesome flower tattoo on her right arm told me that a couple of my toenails had separated from their nail beds, educated me on daily care, and recommended a product to help keep them clean. If I had not gone, I would’ve had no idea. She also did a wonderful job with the polish. If you are in Kihei, Queen’s is a must visit for reasonably priced nails and great service.

This place isn’t horrible, but the lady who did my nails was super rough, grabbing and tugging my hand, cut my fingers and overall not very cooperative and understanding I showed her the picture and Gave all the details of what I wanted she did the complete opposite of what I originally asked for. I was overwhelmed and wanted to leave but had to come back because they were completely not what I wanted. another bad review of a lady who got her wedding nails the day after I got mine done and she got chrome too as well as a French tip. I went on trip so I haven’t been able to go back and talk about the situation, but I really just wanted to put my own opinion and experience out there I don’t get my nails done often so this is a really big bummer

My daughter and I love getting our nails done at Queen’s Nail and Spa. The owner, Phi, is so talented at her craft, friendly, professional, and welcoming. There is a great selection of colors and the environment is comfortable & clean.
