First time I came here it was overall was good. Second time, made an appt for 2pm—when I arrived they had no seat for me for a deluxe pedi mind u, I made an appt earlier same day with a tech request. I waited 45 minutes and when I asked to speak to the owner, no acknowledgment no apology no empathy whatsoever. Unprofessional and poor customer service on their end. Not to mention I had to wait an additional 10 mins to get the tech I originally requested when I booked the initial appt. So disappointing and I almost just left.

My first time getting a pedicure at Lamour, and I will definitely return! Friendly staff, the salon is clean and has a nice feel. Yes, there are tv screens, but the sound is off and I enjoyed the Food Network show that was on 😆 Vi was a lovely person and will request her again. Highly recommend! Go for the whole enchilada- exfoliation, paraffin wax & massage... definitely worth it!

I got a gel manicure on Monday and my polish began chipping in just 3 days and the photos shows just *5* days after my appointment. My appointment was immediately before my flight, so I haven’t been in ocean/water. I work at a desk so there’s no reason they should look like this. Poor quality work and/or product I also found the owner to be unkind/rude.

I was looking into getting my toenails done as I can never clip them correctly myself and it ends up in a bad mess. At the same time, I deserve a pamper so I looked into this business as I've heard of good reviews. Being very skeptical, I wasn't sure how busy they were going to be so I did a walk in. To my surprise, they took me in and I was already seated in one of those massage chairs. One of the nice ladies (I wish I knew her name) went to work and from there it was the best pedicure I have ever had. I did the deluxe pedicure, and she did a great job from start to finish. I'm not picky and pretty basic, so I just went for a simple black gel polish as a finish. I'm definitely coming back here again, really great atmosphere and very clean.
