Professio Nails

I like how my nails turned out but I did get cut in the cuticle area badly and my nail artist who was working on them didn’t seem to pay attention much or even get it cleaned up properly so it really bothered me. Im not even sure if she even apologized either. I had to wash up after my nails were all done just to get the blood off my finger. Even though that happened to me I can honestly say that All the staff are really nice tho i just assume it was a honest mistake and hope they can improve from this!

Lee was very helpful when helping me find the color I was looking for. It was the exact color that I described to him. Took around 20 min for a color change and I am very satisfied with the shape, color, and overall quality. Thank you!

I got GelX and a design for the first time and loved it, Summer did great nail art and really took the time to find the perfect colors around the salon.

My first time at this salon was a great experience! Booked an appointment online with Summer. She was quick but efficient and clearly experienced. Throughout the appointment she asked if I was okay, and made sure I was happy with my nails. Will be returning!

I recommend Zoey. she is awesome, nice talented with her work. she take her time and she is very gentle with her hands. like cutting and shaping how you like you nails to be and she will kindy ask you if you like the shape or jus let her now how you like umm. she does a great job being a nail tech. my first time going to her at Waikele side were GameStop use to be, right next door.
