First time client (& definitely not last). The atmosphere and vibe from the moment I arrived was great! And I love my nails! Appointment started promptly, it was clean, and I loved the attention and care that went into my service. I've never been happier with my nails and will be a regular.

I love Otani Nails. I love our monthly talks we have!!!!! Yvette is so humble and array of sunshine she can make your worst day happy. She works hours no other nail salon offers. You can go see her on your way to work or if you need a midday break from your job! Yvette goes by appointment and always starts on time. A plus to her work is she has a 2 week nail warranty. Yes ma'am you heard me right 2 week nail warranty! I am so glad I ran into you that evening in Sally Beauty. We have been rocking every since then!!!!!! Two of my good friends even go to her now ☺️ The red and orange sets were 5 weeks old, all diamonds stayed intact all the way up until the night before I got the blue and green set.

It was a wonderful experience! I got a freestyled full set and she showed out. It's difficult finding a business that actually cares about you as an individual (especially a nail salon). My first experience with the owner was amazing. She's very sweet, focused, professional and down to Earth. I definitely felt my needs and desires were prioritized. It's been longer than a year since I got my nails done for a plethora of reasons 😒, but I can say I officially have a nail tech now ☺️

This was my first visit with Yvette. 🤗She is absolutely amazing I love love her personality.🥰 The atmosphere is very inviting. I work overnight so I really appreciate the early morning hour options. My appointment was at 7 AM. I got her "Germany" package which is the 2 designs With the pedicure. Oh my goodness the pedicure. There are no words you just have to experience it.🥰💕

I just moved to SC from NC and this was my first nail appointment since. My appointment was at 7:45am and when I tell you Yvette (the owner) and her daughter made my day/morning I am not kidding. The establishment was clean, prices reasonable, and service was top tier! I also bought this beautiful bracelet from her. This salon offers much more than just nail services and their hospitality is so worth it. Will definitely be re-booking!
