I received a gift card for a massage here. I was a little unsure since I hadn’t heard of the spa before…but I had the most wonderful experience! I got a 90 minute relaxation massage from Crystal. I was so relaxed! Crystal did an amazing job and was so friendly and made me so comfortable. The whole staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I will definitely be back!

Crystal was amazing I had a 90 minutes CBD massage and I was so relaxed. She got all the knots out without it being painful. I highly recommend her and Victoria Edwards Spa. Their prices are very reasonable and I was able to book online quickly and easily.

I’ve visited this spa several times and always had a great experience, until today when they wanted to charge a cancellation fee for me wanting to reschedule an appointment because I was sick. After leaving a review about it, the owner contacted me personally to discuss what ended up being a misunderstanding with a newer receptionist. This type of customer service is rare in today’s age, but is what helps keep business. I appreciate them understanding my perspective and taking the time to rectify the situation

I cannot express how much I love this spa! Since the first day I started going there, the staff was welcoming and pay attention to my needs! I was also looking for a new hair stylist and Que has done some amazing work and gives me advice on how to maintain my style at home! My hair is also starting to finally grow out thanks to Que giving me tips and product recommendations! The best part of this place is that it is an all in one so you can get your hair and nails done but also a massage or facial as well! Sharifa and her team do amazing work and are reasonably priced! No matter who I see for my needs, I have never been disappointed with their work! You are in good hands with anyone that works here! Who would have thought that a Facebook ad would bring me to one of my favorite places! :)

I can’t say enough great things about Victoria Edward’s Spa! The staff here are truly amazing so friendly, helpful, and incredibly professional. From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel welcomed and taken care of. Their pricing is very competitive, especially considering the high-quality products they use. I live in Orlando, and it’s absolutely worth the drive every time. The salon itself is spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed—such a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. I always leave feeling refreshed and pampered. Highly recommend!
