Galaxy Nails & Spa Venice

This was our first trip to Galaxy Nails because I think it’s changed names and has new owners but nonetheless this nail salon and spa was absolutely sparkling clean. The staff was very welcoming and Peter did a fantastic job taking care of my granddaughter for her seventh birthday this was a very, very special occasion. I am very grateful to your staff and to Peter especially for making my granddaughter’s day. Thank you so much.

I had an amazing pedicure by Kim for my first time at Galaxy nails. I went with Connie, my dad’s fiancée and we had such a fun girls day. The atmosphere at this salon is so relaxing and peaceful. Not to mention beautiful. Ashley was also so welcoming! I will definitely be back soon. Thank you for a delightful experience.🩷😍

Normally good, this time not so much. I scheduled my appointment online for 6:30 for a royal pedicure with gel and a basic manicure. My provider was Kim and I could tell she was exhausted from the long day. They had called me to ask if I was able to come in earlier and I said I could not unfortunately due to waiting for a delivery, but I gave them a choice that I could come the following day any time or remain with the appointment I had scheduled… the lady on the phone said she would keep it as scheduled. I ended up making it in @ 6:10. The pedicure was decent but the polish (gel) was just so-so. I like it when they place the gel on the full nail and also finish the nail on the tip to make it look “polished”… they did not. I know it’s hard to see in the pic but the gel stops prior to the edge of the nail and the tips of the nail were not done at all. The manicure was a disaster. She was speaking to someone else dealing with some problem & the polish (normal clear not gel) was very clumpy and old: the polish was not on the nail fully and looked awful. Came off immediately in chunks. I had this done last night and it isn’t even 24 hours later and it’s done. I have been to this salon 4 times and this was the first time I have had this experience. I will try my luck at the other local place. Just bummed because this is a treat for me and I really look forward to getting it done.

This was my second visit, and I’m even more in love with how my nails turned out! The attention to detail and care here is amazing. The staff is friendly, professional, and really takes the time to make sure you’re happy with the result. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Winn totally transformed my nails for my cruise vacation (wish I had taken the before picture with stained nails). The salon is very clean and modern. Highly recommended.
