Such a serene atmosphere. Great attention to detail while cleaning the cuticles and prepping the nail bed for my gel manicure. Sebastian really made feel like a princess with the full treatment of pedicure and manicure!

I came into this nail salon with some slightly but manageable grown out nails. I left with nothing short of completely butchered nails, that they charged me $40 for! Worst experience I could’ve imagined. I had hard gel on my nails and was looking for a change with gel-x which they market on their website as less damaging. They had to remove the product that was on my nails which I was fine with but after removal they told me my “nail shape was too curved” for gel-x. They told me there was nothing else they could do. Then they proceeded to insist on charging me for their removal services. I would have never removed my previous nails if I would have known their product was not going to work. Incredibly disappointed in the lack of customer services considering they said this has “never happened before”. Overall if I could give 0 stars I would. Never going back and would not recommend.

I'm obsessed with Clae Nail Studio! The atmosphere is amazing - champagne, great music, and a beautiful space. But what really sets them apart is the talent. Joha is a total genius when it comes to nails - she's like the Picasso of nail techs! My nails have never looked better. Highly recommend!

Honestly would never leave a review like this but I’m beyond frustrated. I received gel x nails and not even 3 days later all of them popped off. I contacted the nail tech and let her know they all fell off and I wasn’t happy. They offered a repair or gel manicure but I didn’t feel comfortable getting that done if my gel x nails didn’t even last 3 days. I asked for a refund because this service was not cheap. I spent good money for something that didn’t last. Not only did the manager not give a refund because it was “a service” he had the nail tech call me. I find that extremely unprofessional. As a manager/business owner you would think you’d take accountability and contact the customer with the issue instead of having a nail tech take care of it. I’m just so upset because I really wanted to like this salon. I normally would never ask for a refund but spending $123 for nails to fall off after 3 days just did not feel right to me. And now I can’t get any money back, I have to deal with the $123 loss. While they did offer those other services they don’t equivalent to the service I paid for. Just so frustrating.

I never leave reviews but sadly my experience was too upsetting not to. I have gone here twice, both times I have gotten a dip manicure with gel polish. I paid 120$ including tip only to have my gel and dip peel/chip of 1-2 days after and to have fungus, yes fungus, under my nail…. I have since waited a week to leave this review to go see my dermatologist and make sure it wasn’t a bruise and they confirmed it was fungus. For a place that prides themselves on cleanliness, I was terribly disappointed and upset. I had to get my natural nails cut and sterilized to insure the fungus didn’t spread. Sadly I will not be going back, they have lost my business.
