DaVi Nails Salon and Spa

I had heard wonderful things about this salon and was really excited to go in and get a French manicure. Apparently, you only get great service from Steven, because I did not get Steven. I specifically said that I wanted to keep my natural nail shape and just get a French manicure. The tech proceeded to square cut all my nails and not file the points off of the edges. The white tips are splotchy and you can see where he did not dust off my nails before painting them. He never spoke to me until time to pay. I tried talking to him before we got up from the table but he walked away. I expressed my displeasure at the job done, and he proceeded to try and file my nails right there at the register. This was embarrassing because everyone was staring and all he did was chip my nail polish. I really wanted to enjoy my experience here, but sadly, I got what I paid for; a Walmart manicure.

I just love Steven. I just switched from dip to acrylic overlay on my nails and did a cat eye gel for both hands & feet. Completely satisfied with time taken and care taken.

Steven did a wonderful job on my nails! Got exactly what I asked for along with amazing customer service! 10/10 recommend!

Really wanted to like it but the lady tech didn’t listen to what I asked for . Customer service is important. I showed her a picture of what I wanted- it was disregarded and she did what she wanted. . Gel manicure with design plus pedicure is expensive.. sadly I don’t think I’ll return- which is a bummer because I really wanted thus to be my nail place.
