Update on 10/25/2025 After my initial post Urban Savyy responded saying to contact them. When I called, the management said they will fix my nails with a complete new set free of charge. So today I had a completely new dip manicure and the technician did an excellent job. I was very impressed with their customer service and the skillfulness of today's technician,Tina. They also told me I can request a particular technician in future visits. 10/17/2025 I have been coming to this nail salon for nearly three years and the service was great. But the past two manicures I had was not so great. The service and quality was not as before. I got a dip powder on 9/27/2025 and within a week it started to chip and a week ago a big piece on one nail cracked and fell off. I felt that the technician did a rush job and didn't apply the builder gel even though I told her I wanted to strengthen the nails. I have been a regular customer and I also tip well. But every time it's a differnt technician and most of them do a good job. I am hesitating to return for service again.

I come every 2 weeks here and they are always welcoming, polite, and do a great job. Everyone that works here is good. They can do designs, builder gel, acrylic, dip, chrome, etc. I also like how timely they are. I usually call the same day to get in w my girl and she has me out in 1 hour. I’m so glad I found this place !

Have only been a couple times but I think this place has amazing techs so far! Amy did this Halloween set for me and she was so fast and talented, looked even better than the photo I brought in.

I got my nails done by Amy, and she was incredibly nice, gentle, and talented. My nails usually lift or break after about a week, but the set she did lasted over a month. The design was adorable, and I got so many compliments from everyone. I even went clamming right after my appointment, and my nails still looked perfect. Highly recommend her!

This is the 2nd nail salon my daughter and I have visited since moving back from NJ. I booked an appointment for my 14yo daughter on a Saturday at 5pm. We were greeted and my daughter was seated with a nail tech immediately after entering. Services received: acrylic fill-in, 3 nail repairs, cut down, and nail art on all 10 fingers. We were in the salon for an hour and 15 minutes. I paid $80 ($70 for services + $10 tip). My daughter absolutely loves her nails and wants to continue getting her nails done here going forward. And I look forward to getting my nails done here as well this Saturday.
