2025-11-17Zero customer care or service. Went 4 different times, new people each time as there’s a huge turnover. Needed my nails fixed after they were botched up, came in to show them and no one would fix. I had to wait 3 days to see the manager and she reluctantly repainted them but never apologized. Their solution was for me to remove nail polish myself after paying $80 for services. The two receptionists were very friendly every time, but that’s the only positive. Too bad, bc it’s a great location.
