I will always go to hawaii over anyone (ask for thi, or wendy) and they will always cook. All these were done by them and i will forever go here, reasonable prices too.

Been going here forever and have always been delighted at how my nails come out!! The ladies who work here are always so nice and do such a great job.

So I debated even posting this but I don't want others to make the same mistake I did. I was in this business and had nail/waxing services while on vacation. My nails from my gel full set are all different lengths, there is glue and paint all over my cuticles and on almost all my fingers, also I showed my nail technician a photo for reference which she didn't even follow. My biggest issue however is the pricing. None of the prices on Google or their website are the same as when you get there, by a lot. Dont get me wrong my nails aren't horrific, but not what i wanted. For my extremely mediocre gel set and pedicure, and an eyebrow wax my total was 188.70 which is definitely a bit on the high side. I should have heeded the warning of other reviews stating this place overcharges visitors. Learned my lesson the hard way. Would the quality of my services been better the price point wouldn't have mattered. 2 stars only because it isn't the worst manicure I've had, but at the price point they charge, I have way higher expectations.

I was treated with disrespect after questioning why I wasn't asked what polish I wanted. They kept telling me I was late for my appointment. I was spoken to in a loud aggressive voice which was completely uncalled for. I didn't take the bait and left calmly. The finality of my acrylic nails was a mousy looking pink and you can clearly see my old polish underneath. They tried to upsale me into a full set of nails which I did not need and claimed that's why I couldn't get ombre pink nails. They gave me a poor result and didn't own up to it! Hit and miss place. They are about the profit not the result. Terrible customer service. See pics of old polish underneath. Glue around cuticle. I will go elsewhere to get nails fixed and pay again! 😞 I won't return or recommend to my guests! Use of stock photos on their page. *Be kind and honest to get further in life ✨️

I’ve been going to Hannah & Hawaii for over a decade! They take care of all my nail needs and facial waxings! Wouldn’t ever think about going anywhere else! The shop is clean and everyone always greets you with a smile 😊
