Just had a pedicure here and it was a great experience! The staff is very friendly and accommodating by offering drinks and other services. The atmosphere is very calming and clean. I will definitely be back to B Nails!

It was horrible. A boy started my pedi. He rushed and skipped parts that needed done. He was getting ready to paint and an older lady took over. She was good. She went back and redid most of what he did, but not all because he had already drained the water. Toes look pretty, and I'm grateful she took over, but I'm confident that if he would have finished, I would have walked out unhappy. Then there was my wife's manicure. She got the older guy. He was rude and had no patience for anything. She asked for square nails several times, they are round and not even a good round, jagged in some spots, and some crooked.Her cuticles on several fingers are bleeding. She has hangnails on just about every finger. Hands are dry and have calluses. No oils or lotions used. And with all that wrong you'd think at least it'd be a decent paint job...it's not. They look bad. He also rushed, and it shows.

Uncle Tao aka Ben was fabulous! He created a fun environment and did an amazing job on my nails even when I was bit undecided! I will definitely be stopping by next time I am in the area! I almost forgot to mention he has some pretty snazzy dance moves to boot! Thanks for the Awesome experience! Can't wait to visit again.

Had a nail fill and pedi. The pedicure is great and those are always good. My nail fill is horrible. Was rushed and drilled around my nail bed after the polish was applied now I have a lot of dull spots, plus he didn't even smooth out my nails before painting them. This place just lost my business.

Would recommend B Nail & Spa! I am new to the Springfield area and this is the first nail salon I went to because they had good reviews, and for good reason! Very friendly, clean, easy to book appointment online, good prices for dip manicure, very happy with my nails!
