I want to give a HUGE thank you to imperial salon and the Staff there! I’m so happy how my hair came out! Hospitality was amazing! Very welcoming and clean environment. But Let me tell you guys it took me YEARS to find some one I could trust with my hair and the vision I had for it, but I must say Elizabeth did her Thing!! I couldn’t have had picked a better person to do my hair. I highly recommend her. Her personality was great and very welcoming and understanding with everything I wanted done. Thank you so much.

Natalya was AMAZING! She was super kind, explained her thoughts and plan based off of my inspo pic vey well, made sure I was comfortable to be honest if I wanted any changes, and i mean come on look at my hair!!! The last picture was the next day so I didn’t do justice to her blowout skills. For how textured my hair is i was very impressed by her ability to get it so straight! She also asked me if i wanted a blow dry or if I wanted my natural hair which I REALLY appreciate. Most hairstylists either don’t even offer, or charge an arm and a leg to actually treat your hair like it’s curly. Overall, i’m extremely impressed with her and will be back soon for a haircut! Generally, the salon is gorgeous and every staff member I came across was welcoming and kind!

I had Alejandra as my stylist and she was really professional, skilled and very pleasant to talk to. She gave great customer service and spent a decent amount on each part of the process, making my experience feel like she not only cared about my hair but also did a fantastic job with each step. Im glad I walked in when I did, I was lucky to have her and the rest of the staff at this place was also very welcoming. Multiple times numerous other employees approached both of us asking if either of us needed anything. I will definitely be coming back to this location and I am bringing my mother as a treat now that I know how wonderful everyone here is. Thank you all for the awesome service!

Had an amazing first time experience here! Everything was super clean and had relaxing vibes. Got a full apres gel-x set and an express pedicure and I loved it! First time my nails have looked exactly like how I wanted them. Hailee did an amazing job; she was so attentive to making sure each nail was exactly the same length, I’ve never had an artist care so much! Definitely will be back! Thank you guys!

A MILLION STARS!⭐️ Let me start by saying I’d not had a haircut or style for about 5 years, lived 95% of the time in a ball cap & was almost a hermit. Lol 😂 It was way past due! When I walked in the warm friendly reception by Summer made me feel so comfy! The entire place is impeccably clean. I met my stylist JoJo the Houdini of hair! She not only was superbly attentive to my needs ..she started our sesh with a yummy mimosa 😋 Jojo transformed my fine thin long icky hair into an Italian Bob but not before she made it come to life with a body wave! It looked like I had a full head of gorgeous hair when she was done! She was absolutely wonderful! Jojo was friendly, warm & made me extra comfy with her joyous demeanor 🥰 She really pulled a magic trick on my hair! I was so pleased I went back for a color to hide my little greys… I left with a new lease on life!! Thank you ALL for a wondrous experience! I met one of the owners ,Kristen, at her restaurant “ The Tide & Tonic” & I liked her so much I just had to give her salon a go! Kristen is the reason I looked into Imperial Salon BUT Jeannie’s (partner owner)responses to clients reviews is the reason I booked the appointments! She showed a true professionalism & passion in her review replies even to clients from years & years past!! Her stress on excellence was the reason i went & I am so thrilled & thankful I did!! I met Jeannie on the way out & I was absolutely convinced I was at the best salon in Melbourne for ALL my needs! Full service is an understatement! I can’t wait to try their many other services! If your thinking about booking an appt here DON’T HESITATE! You will be so incredibly happy you did!! Thank you all for my new lease on life!! 🥰😘🥰
