Nail It Salon Spa

I went into this salon my first time for my birthday I got the deluxe pedi which is 65$ and a gel manicure on my real nails. Not exactly sure how much gel on real nails are at their salon and I also got French on my toes (no gel). So maybe that added another 10-15 for my pedi. No acrylics, no gems. Also got healthy nail dip also not sure on price. it came out to 185. Plus they got a 20-30$ tip. So paid over 200$ It felt over priced for what I was getting which was nothing fancy. They did an outstanding job on them and was very nice but I felt like pricing was very high.

I was in town for a work assignment and needed my nails done. I walked into this salon and immediately had doubts — I should’ve trusted my gut and walked right back out. Within two days, two of my nails chipped. These are my natural nails with a gel layover and gel polish, so there’s no reason they should be chipping that fast. Clearly, the products they use are cheap or low quality. On top of that, the design I got wasn’t even what I asked for. I didn’t want to make a fuss, but the work was sloppy. The polish looks uneven, and it already looks like I need a fill-in. Very poor quality and not worth the money. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. UPDATED: I normally get a gel overlay and have never had any issues in the past. However, just two days after this walk-in, my nails already look like they need a refill — especially my thumbnail, which is completely unacceptable. Let’s be very clear: my natural nails were not weak. In fact, they were very strong and healthy when I came in, as I had just removed a previous overlay that held up very well. This is the same type of set I usually get, so I know what to expect. Instead of taking accountability, it seems there’s an attempt to deflect blame — possibly to cover up poor workmanship or the use of subpar products. The product used during my visit appeared to be stored in a reused Talenti ice cream container, which is highly unprofessional. That alone raises concerns about the quality and freshness of the materials being used. Additionally, the tools — such as the mini files, mini brushes, and other small equipment — did not seem appropriate for professional service. It may have been intended to look “cute,” but it came off as cheap and careless. This salon clearly needs to invest in updated products and proper equipment if it wants to provide quality service. As it stands, this was a very poor experience and a disappointing reflection of what should be a professional nail salon.

Today was my first visit, and it was amazing. Everyone was so warm and inviting and created a great experience for me. I had the full deluxe pedicure, a massage, and a pedicure. The wonderful young man did an amazing job with my pedicure, and the hot rock massage was amazing. He was fun to visit with as well. A calm and fun atmosphere. I was totally relaxed after a gracious lady completed my neck and shoulder massage. My nail techs were both awesome as well, translating my vague vision into beautiful nails. Thank you all! You truly Nail(ed) It and created a relaxing and enjoyable mini-spa day for me!!

Best place yet! I would recommend over anyone! Does it exactly like the picture but even better then the picture!!
