2025-10-26The hostess (Linda, I hope thats her name) was AMAZING & very friendly. My husband surprised me with a classic mani/pedi (I upgraded on the pedi) & Linda had encourage) my daughter into getting a pedi. My nail technician (Helen) was very friendly & engaging despite her limited English. She was very attentive & committed with her work/craft. I have to say Helen was beyond AMAZING & took very care of me on my 1st visit there. My first visit & will definitely come again & recommend. Helen will be permanent nail technician.

2025-08-16First time here, made an appt with Bee. Right on time and very helpful. He did even better than the inspiration photo for my baby shower nails- I’m so glad I booked him and found this salon! Highly Recommend. It wasn’t terribly busy for a Saturday but you can tell they have regulars that love them there. Can’t wait to come back for a pedicure. Thanks Bee, I got so many compliments on my nails.

2025-07-29Visiting from out of state and was in desperate need of a pedicure. Came here to Nail Lounge West and was extremely satisfied with my experience. Linda was my technician and was amazing! I opted for the jelly spa pedicure and wow was I amazed with the whole process from start to finish. Not sure what the best part was as there was so much I enjoyed. From the leg/foot massage with hot stone to the surprise collagen hand massage- everything was great! Customer service was pleasant - everyone was kind and welcoming. Everything was fabulous! Highly recommend!
