2025-10-24Today was my first experience at Pure Nails and it was amazing!! I believe my technicians name was Lilly and she did great! I would love to have her every time I go! This was the best pedicure I have ever had!! Update! 5.24.25 Just went back with coworkers and everyone enjoyed their service ! My nails look amazing again!! I will always go back

2025-06-27The only thing I didn’t like was my nails look like I need a fill in already and it’s day 1. Because the way they blended it or put out on, doesn’t look like natural. They didn’t start far enough back on the nail. Other than that I think it was the best nail experience I’ve had in a long time. Very clean, nice people.. pedicure was great and very thorough. My nails looking like I already need a fill in does sadden me, but I’ll try again and let them know next time.

2025-08-30Went into get my nails done until when I sat down and the two females one being owner a conversation amongst themselves and started laughing. As the one female started my nails I said I need my nails done not just a fill. She said next time say that. I looked at her like she had 3 heads of why would you be talking to me like that when I’m paying your salary. Turned around In my seat and walked out. I got into my car and called and spoke to the female owner, I let her know how I felt about how her employee speaking to a paying patron. And to be laughed at is very out of character for a business owner. I did let her know that I would NEVER be retuning back to her establishment and I would let everyone know the employee she hits to work behind her is VERY VERY rude. After about 10 minutes the owner’s husband called apologizing and asking me to return and he would give me a discount. I said thank you for the call but my integrity means more to me than handing you my hard earned money.

They take their time and listen and treat you like a princess ❤️ I 100% recommend Pure Nails Lounge in Plant City! I come from South Lakeland just to get my mani/pedi regularly! They have a wonderful selection of colors and can do almost any nail art!
