Royal Nails and Spa

Stopped in Thursday for an appointment with Alba at 1230. I appreciated the cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the salon. Alba was right on time. Very friendly and skilled nail tech. I showed her the Inspo pic and she nailed it! She ensured I was happy with the service I received from the shape of my nails to the design. I would highly recommend and will be back for my fill. Price was reasonable and well worth the money spent. The salon provides many different services from nails and pedicures, facial and body waxing, various hair services and more.

These nails were done Saturday 4/30. I chose this place because of the awesome pictures and reviews. I made an appointment days ahead. First impression I should have left but I realize some places are short staffed however appointments shouldn’t be made if there are not enough people scheduled... I waited for an hour and 15 mins with my feet soaking before 2 other employees showed up and I even got someone to my chair. I was there for 3 hours (11-2) (Appointment at 11 and showed up at about 10:50) and this is what I left with. Maybe I got the wrong person as all she did was complain about her tooth so maybe it was a bad day? Either way this is not acceptable. Yes before they respond to this review..I did still tip because I used to do hair and I respect their time. Did I say I didn’t like them? No because - 1 I had already been there for 3 hours and 2- looking at this would you trust your time to get them fixed at the same place? I have never ever written a google review but I just want to warn everyone to make sure they ask for the right person.. I think the one who did mine was Rana.. that’s what she put on this stamp card she gave me.

thoroughly impressed from the moment I stepped through the door. The place was impeccably clean and had a lovely, inviting aroma that instantly put me at ease. But what truly made my visit exceptional were the talented ladies who performed my manicure and pedicure. Their attention to detail, gentle touch, and friendly demeanor made the entire experience an absolute delight. I left feeling pampered and rejuvenated. I will definitely be returning to this salon in the future and have already recommended it to my friends and family. You have set a new standard for customer service and quality that is truly unmatched.

Called yesterday to see if they were accepting walkins, they told me I could come in at 2pm. Staff was very kind, I wish I got the name of the gentleman who did my full set because I will definitely be going back! He worked so quickly and the quality did not suffer for it! Most perfect nails I’ve EVER had! Extremely happy with my experience, tipped 100%🖤

I used to come here all the time, but the last 2 days including this morning I’ve been told that they can’t see me until 3 in the afternoon or later. I don’t know any of the new girls that I’ve seen the last 2 days, but when it was the old staff the service was always top tier, but now I won’t use them anymore. I live an hour away from here & like yesterday when I was told they had nothing available to come back this morning & was told nothing was available until 3pm. That’s a huge waste of my time. I’m very disappointed for sure b/c this place was always my go to location!
