T Heart Nails and Spa

Absolutely the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I came in asking for a simple overlay on my short nails, something every other salon I’ve been to has had no issue doing. But not this place. They told me my nails were “too short,” which is what nail techs usually say when they don’t know what they’re doing. The guy doing my nails clearly didn’t! My nails are uneven, poorly shaped, and to top it off, he cut my cuticle and didn’t even acknowledge it. I even showed the dude a picture of the shape! How can you mess up that bad..?🤬 My daughter picked out a cute checkered print design she was so excited about. Not only could they not do it, but they redid her nails three times and still couldn’t get it right. This place is an absolute joke. They don’t listen, they lack skill, and the level of care is nonexistent. Save your money and go somewhere that knows what they’re doing. This is hands down the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to.🤬

Edited: came back to claim my giveaway and got these checker nails. They helped me pick the perfect colors and I couldn’t love them more! Kevin (I think!) did them this time, and he was so thorough and kind. He made sure I was happy with the length and shape before painting. I came less than an hour before closing, but I did not feel rushed at all. He took his time, and asked questions to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Can’t recommend T Heart nails enough! I decided to try a new salon after some negative experiences at my regular place, and I’m so glad I did! Bebe (sp?) was the sweet lady who did my nails and toes. She was very accommodating with what I asked for, and even did one nail multiple times (without me asking) to get the design right. I really appreciated the extra effort! The pedicure was so relaxing, and Bebe made sure to match the colors of my toes to my nails perfectly, as they were different brands. I will definitely be back for my regular fills!

First time going and I had a great experience. As soon as I walked in with my sister we were welcomed and even though they were busy at the time, they still interacted with us. We were pulled back pretty quick and the tech did a great job! They too the time to really understand what nails I was wanting and verified everything before even starting just make sure we were on the same page.

Kevin is very professional and delivers high quality work every service. I am always happy with T Heart Nails and would recommend checking out their nail and spa services. Photos are from my last two builder gel manicures!

This was my second time coming to T Heart Nails first visit was in June, and I came back today for a refill. They are is a fantastic nail artists! You can show them any nail inspo photo and he’ll recreate it perfectly. I’ve never had any issues here. Great service, amazing people, and prices you can’t beat. Highly recommend!
