I had a wonderful Mani Pedi today with Julie. She was very compassionate and did a wonderful job. I also have been treated very well by Billy and I'll be back in 3 weeks. Love this nail salon!! -Point

Horrible service! No ability to keep client schedule, quotes a appt time and then when you come back making your schedule available at that time they are two people working on one person and expect you to continue to wait!! Then when you ask about the appt you were promised you get yelled at by the tiny “manager” up front about not being able to wait and “what do you want “ GO ELSE WHERE! Save yourself the time!

First off love the fact that they are open on Sunday because what a great way to end the weekend. I did a pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails and was nervous as it was my first time here but this may be my new go to spot. Service was great and very relaxing and price was fair. My nails turned out beautiful and I love the attention to detail on the shape and making them look natural. The nail technician also followed my inspo picture perfectly and checked in multiple times with me to ensure I was happy with the set I got.

ALWAYS 5 stars for us! Myself, my daughter's and husband all care for their excellent services. I'm at the salon every 4-6weeks getting a structure gel manicure, and occasional pedicure. Would definitely recommend to anyone new and looking!

I am new to Spring Hill, I stopped at this nail salon for a gel pedicure and a fill, my pedicure was awesome! My nail experience was terrible 😫, the young lady doing my nails didn't know how to file nails or shape them at one point I had a square nail an almond nail and half of a coffin, I kept asking her to fix them because they all looked different. She got up from her seat and went to the back and left me sitting there after about 10 minutes I was told to move to another seat, the owner then came out and asked me what was wrong, she looked at my nails and she had to re apply the acrylic on every single one and she shaped them all. She was very nice to me but never apologized for her nail tech but proceeded to tell me that all my nails underneath are peeling and next time get a new set. She cleaned them and shaped them for me. After spending 91 dollars this is what they look like. Not one nail is polished correctly. As I said I am new to this area but I will never go back to them and will never recommend them to anyone. They are still not even coffin shaped they are more Almond. Very very disappointed
