I spent $170 plus a $30 tip for a full set and pedicure. The pedicure was the only decent part of my visit. The full set was a disaster — all but 3 nails have fallen off in less than TWO days. During my 2.5-hour appointment, the nail tech got irritated with me for using the bathroom and started rushing through my service. Completely unprofessional. I even warned her that rushed work always turns out bad — and sure enough, it did. Then everything literally fell off. When I called to request a refund (which is more than fair considering the outcome), the receptionist pretended to be the owner. I recognized her voice immediately, confronted her, and she didn’t even deny it. She promised the actual owner would call me back. They never did. At that point, I realized they had no intention of making it right. They took my money, delivered services that didn’t even last 48 hours, and then refused to acknowledge me afterward. It felt like I was flat-out robbed and then ignored. This place may look beautiful on the outside, but behind the décor it’s a money grab with zero accountability. Save your time, your money, and your sanity. SKIP this salon.

Her attention to detail is unmatched — she’s so diligent and takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. Love this salon! Gabriella did my nails for the first time here, I chose Ferrari red builder gel mani and regular pedi, and she did an amazing job! She really knew what she was doing and took her time doing it right. I will be coming back thanks to this amazing experience and fair prices. The salon is also very beautiful and big inside.
