2022-05-15The quality is not there, from customer service to actual services. I walked in on a very slow Thursday afternoon and the two girls at the reception area could barely get off their phones to acknowledge me. Then I was cut during the pedicure cuticle trimming, scratched during the shin/calf massage. My toenails are filed uneven and my gel manicure was rushed. The gel polish began to chip just two hours after I left the salon. It was all around not a relaxing pleasant experience. I feel like I wasted my money. Will not be coming back here again. Update: It’s been five days and the polish has cracked so horribly on the majority of my nails. Not to mention my cuticles look tortured. I’m really disappointed with the service I received. Update #2: A week after my services and I had to remove the gel manicure because it chipped and cracked so horribly, it looked sad. DEFINITELY will not be recommending I-Nails to anyone ever.
