The quality is not there, from customer service to actual services. I walked in on a very slow Thursday afternoon and the two girls at the reception area could barely get off their phones to acknowledge me. Then I was cut during the pedicure cuticle trimming, scratched during the shin/calf massage. My toenails are filed uneven and my gel manicure was rushed. The gel polish began to chip just two hours after I left the salon. It was all around not a relaxing pleasant experience. I feel like I wasted my money. Will not be coming back here again. Update: It’s been five days and the polish has cracked so horribly on the majority of my nails. Not to mention my cuticles look tortured. I’m really disappointed with the service I received. Update #2: A week after my services and I had to remove the gel manicure because it chipped and cracked so horribly, it looked sad. DEFINITELY will not be recommending I-Nails to anyone ever.

Mia does a wonderful job on my pedicure. She takes her time she makes it a very relaxing experience. Would highly recommend her.

Today was my first time visiting the salon. Mike greeted me as soon as I entered and began to take care of my hands. One thing that I admire the most is the level of attention and how meticulous Mike was with my nails. Thank you so much for taking care of me, I look forward to returning.
