I just had the best nail experience at Platinum Nail Spa! I was only in town for a vacation, but owners Kelly and Vinny made me feel like a long time loyal customer. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is top-notch. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and delivered above and beyond. The shop was clean, the tools were sanitized, and the color selection was amazing. If you're looking for a great nail experience, look no further! Five stars isn't enough *****!

Kelly & Vinny are incredible. Two friends and I called around 11am to make an appointment and were able to get in at 1:30pm while on vacation. The best service all three of us have received anywhere. They were so accommodating, did excellent work, and were entertaining full of conversation too! We plan to come back next year and will absolutely book with them again. 1,000% recommend.

Kelly was great!! I am in town for vacation and broke a nail. She matched my color and fixed my nail immediately and didn’t even want to charge me!! Told me it was on her and to enjoy my vacation. So sweet!! Would definitely come back next time I am in town.

Vinnie took great care of me. I've never had such great service. He and his wife were great to my grandson and me...and everyone else that came in for service while we were there. Amazing!!! He took his time and paid attention to every detail. I am always on the go taking care of everyone else but he made sure to make me relax and be present in the moment. My hands feel and look great. He did an overlay on my nails which look amazing. I'm booking for my entire wedding party when I come back.

Stopped by as a walk-in. Kelly is the best! She is not only kind and attentive she takes great pride in her work. The salon is clean and welcoming. I will definitely be back when I visit again.
