Platinum Nail Spa

Such a beautiful, relaxing environment! They prefer appointments but I stopped by for a walk in manicure and eyebrow wax. I spent $95 (tip included). Faith was incredible! She was very patient and determined to execute my nail art perfectly. My manicure was a builder gel fill in with French tip + nail art. I would highly recommend Faith to anyone looking for builder gel, French tips, or nail art. She’s amazing!!!

***update since posting my review I drove back to the salon for 130pm and Tina fixed them with colored pink dip and a white design as well as fixed the shape. While the nails are a huge improvement it is still not like the picture and I also paid $10 for chrome and the final product is not chrome. So on top of driving there twice in 1 day and overpaying for a service not received that is why im updating my review. *** During my pedicure appointment on Thursday I asked 2 male nail technicians if they could do the photo posted. I was told yes and its $10 extra for chrome & $5 extra for design. I made an appointment for Monday evening. On Saturday my schedule changed for monday so I called and asked if there was possibly anytime on the weekend. The girl said yes and moved my appointment. When I arrived this am the technician said I didnt schedule correctly and I said all I did was move the day/time. The person scheduling should of moved for the proper alloted time. When he (vincent) began doing my nails everything was going fine until it came time for the color/design. He wiped off and removed colors a few time and then said he couldn't do it. I noticed he was rushing because his next client had come in. I asked if he wanred me to wait so he could start his next client and he said no. I arrived at 850am for a 9am and was done at 1020am. So he still used the extra 30 minutes even though they keep saying this is the reason why. I was feeling anxious at this point because I could tell I was being rushed. The color he applied as chrome I said I did not like it. He did a 2nd coat but it's no where near the color in the picture. When he was done I went to the front to check out. I showed the other technician who I had also spoken to Thursday and assumed was the owner. He said oh it doesnt look right. So he didnt charge me $5 for design. I wanted them redone and if they cant redo them then I shouldn't of paid for $10 chrome of the wrong color. I had been a new customer and this was my 3rd visit and this surely isn't a way to get me to go back.

Vincent did a wonderful job this week on my Xmas nails (new full set acrylics short almond shape) and followed the inspo pic I showed him to a tee! He asked questions to make sure he was getting everything right, like which color acrylic powder to go with, exact shape I was going for, and how thin or thick I preferred. He was enthusiastic and communicated everything well 🥲🥰 10/10 recommend 💅🏻

Best nail salon in Brevard! I’ve been a client here since they opened and the quality of their work has never changed! Always a great experience and my gel always lasts as long as it is supposed to! Thank you Platinum nails! 10/10 recommend!

I went to Platinum Nail in Melbourne for the first time to get my nails done with Amanda, and I absolutely loved it! She was super attentive, gentle, and the results were flawless. The place is clean, welcoming, and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend her work!
