Kelvin goes above and beyond to make sure that I am happy with the services that I requested. I have been coming here for over 3 years. I would highly recommend Celestial Beauty Lounge to anyone looking for a reputable business for Nails and other services.

My nails always look GORGEOUS when I leave! I won’t go anywhere else in Melbourne and Lei is so meticulous and thorough- these hybrid gel nails can last me 3+ weeks with NO chipping, peeling or cracking.

I came today for manicure and pedicure. I have beautiful real long nails. I usually take care of my own and now I know why I was very excited to have a pedicure manicure and the pedicure was great. The manicurist asked me how much shorter I wanted to take my nails. They’re about an inch long naturally grow naturally grown. I said maybe halfway and he just started ripping them up and cutting them off so short. Then he started roughly with a file. I had to stop him! My nails went from an inch long to a quarter of an inch. Then He kept asking me if I wanted gel. I brought my own nail polish. I just wanted to use my own polish. Then At the end, he asked me if it was my polish that I brought in. It was like we had two separate conversations. I was not happy with the work Andy did on my fingernails at all. Not everybody wants fake Nails or gel polish, and I felt like they were not in tune to my needs in any way The place is beautiful. I had to redo my toes tonight and I won’t go back.

My nails looked so bad I ended up going to a different salon right after and had them fixed. The lady here was rushing. I showed her a design I wanted and she said she can do it. Then as she is halfway through she says “I hope I have time to do design.” I asked her why she said that she leaves early. I’m thinking then why would you say you can do it. So last minute I had to look through my saved photos for an idea and I showed her a couple and each one had an excuse why she couldn’t do it. This was the only one she could do. I hated the shape they were very thick, the green wasn’t the dark green I wanted. Will not be going back.

AMAZING! ANDY & WENDY Today was my first time trying this salon.. amazing job! We came in at 12:15 & my mani, pedi was done by 2:00. Very good price for what you get.. They did the warm towel, got us drinks, great leg, feet, hand & arm massage!! I’m sooo picky and my nails came out perfect :). Very clean environment, friendly, efficient! Thank you Andy & Wendy! We will be back in 2 weeks :)
