Kim, THE most talented artist ever, takes great care to be gentle with my extremely sensitive hands (due to a medical condition that I have that causes me severe pain). Sometimes, I share an inspiration picture with her of a nail design I like and she does an outstanding job - her true talent shines when I give her a color family and just let her do her magic. I ALWAYS get so many compliments on my nails! Kim listens to my wants and needs, takes extra care to be gentle and cautious, and is genuinely happy to see me.
