2025-11-13I was very impressed with Alexa's knowledge and skill. I had a ton of questions about aging skin and she took the time to explain everything to me in terms I could understand. She also explained what she was doing and why she was doing it, before she did anything to my face. So she did a great job in appropriately setting my expectations and preparing me for what the next step was. And the results were great. She really knows what she is doing. I strongly recommend her for a facial.

2025-11-19Austin and Amanda did an amazing job reducing my cyst and protecting my tattoo ( my late husband's Family Crest). Most of the procedure was as painless as possible. I felt pressure, but not the pain that I had. Both Austin and Amanda are very personable. They explained the procedure in detail prior to doing anything. Austin told me able the antibiotics ans ointment he was going to put prescribe. He also told me to use Hibiclens Antiseptic Skin Cleaner on the woun as of tomorrow after I remove the packing , tomorrow afternoon. Keep wound covered until tomorrow healed. F/U in two weeks.

Austin and his assistant were both very caring and compassionate. My husband left feeling much better and will now see Austin for his visits. Thank you for caring.

2025-09-23The staff is so friendly and helpful, and intake assistants were very nice and listened to me, it was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Collins was wonderful and empathetic to my severe skin condition, she listened to me, and was so understanding, and assured me that I will get better. The whole experience was better than I could have expected and I will complete all the medication as instructed. So far been the best experience I've had going to the doctor.
