Worst experience ever! New to the area and first time here. Cold water, lack of attention, stylist removed my old polish and started cutting my cuticles. Clipped me and when I said ouch, she realized what she had done. She put something blue on it but it wouldn’t stop bleeding. I started feeling very uncomfortable and asked for a bandaid and told her that I don’t think it’s safe to put nail polish on an open wound. As you can see in the picture, I left worse than when I came in. The manager didn’t say one word to me as I was holding back tears from the pain. A little customer service goes a long way. I was the one that was telling them that I understand accidents happen but I couldn’t stay bc I was hurting and my toe wouldn’t stop bleeding. Very uncomfortable situation for me.

I initially thought this salon was clean, organized, and reasonably priced. I got a walk-in gel pedicure, and everything seemed fine until that night when one toenail’s polish completely peeled off. I messaged them the next day, they offered to fix it, and I rushed over after work (even though I work 8–6). They fixed it. The next day, another toe started peeling. At this point I was aggravated because this was now the third trip for the same pedicure. I went back without calling, only to be told they were booked back-to-back and I’d need an appointment to fix ONE toe they messed up. I called another salon and they said they’d fix it for $6. When I told the original salon that I needed a refund of $6 suddenly they were able to take me right away. Clearly something was wrong with their primer or UV light because white gel polish shouldn’t peel off that easily. I had to return 3xs in 3 days, and they didn’t offer an apology, discount, or refund. Instead, they tried to make me come back (an 4th time) and schedule an appointment to fix their own error. The lack of accountability was ridiculous. I went to a different salon after all my toes had basically peeled off after only 2 weeks (gel usually last 4 week on me). I got the same gel color ant a different salon and I’m 3 weeks in and everything still looks perfect. I won’t be returning here

Most amazing place to get you nail fix, if you guys want manicures, pedicures or anything nail related this is the place to go. This place has some of the most talented nail artists that I have ever seen. Everytime my wife gets her nails done it is done flawlessly. I just received my first pedicure today and it was done perfectly it was so relaxing that I was falling asleep which never happens. I give this place 5 stars and will continue to come back more and more.

Lake Mary’s Best ! My style is to “ Spread a little Glitter wherever you go “ ! I cannot thank Trish & Kahn and her fabulous staff enough for fitting me in , I am terrible at making appointments. But they are lovely at accommodating me! I’ve always had great service , pedicures included. I’ve been going to the salon or at least 5 years . I take my friends there , my daughter will drive up from the keys to get a pedicure with them . Kind , wonderful , family friendly business . Classy and elegant ! They work hard for their customers !

Went there for a pedicure and left going immediately to a different salon down the street. I asked for gel and got regular polish, burn marks on my toes from water being too hot, chunky polish, nail tech didn’t ask what shape I wanted and left them 2 different shapes, polish was all over my toes and some not even done fully. Whole experience was about 20-25 minutes (shorter than other places im use to) and tech never came back to check or anything. Wouldn’t recommend for a pedicure. I tried out this place since it had good reviews and ended up back at a different place immediately after.
