I have been going to N Nail &Spa for about 7 years. Nancy is amazing and patient at what she does. Since I started going to her I haven’t been to another nail salon in those 7 years.

I originally had my nails done on May 19. Simple acrylic with French manicure. Did a pedicure as well. Tayler, who serviced me, did not provide good customer service. She was not welcoming she not once smiled, And even when I tried to have a conversation and bring up topics she either did not answer or made it seem like she did not hear me. She did my nails pretty quickly, And I notice she barely put product on my nails. I did Express to her that my nails would lift or break easy if there's not enough product on my nails. But another thing she ignored me about. I spent ninety five dollars that day. And It was no shocker that 4 days later, my nail starts to lift. I had to make time out of my busy schedule to go back to the nail salon again. I walked in told them the situation. Since she's the one that did my nails they put her to fix my nails. At that moment I showed her that all of my nails already look like they needed a fill. She disregarded and only fixed one. I then said that I need to just get the refills done as well. Because I had no time to come back. Of course. They charge me for the fill. Not even a discount. And when I asked about changing the nail polish on my toes, Just a simple change of color so I can match my charge me fifteen dollars for that. Good thing I had a card for 10% off that was given to me the first time I went. I still paid 55 dollars that day. Left the scourge because again she was very distant and not friendly at all. Imagine my frustratcan. When only two days later the same now that she fixed broke off in half. I have not been going to work.I have not done anything out of the ordinary for it to snap off so quickly. I am done with that place. As I spent a hundred and fifty dollars to have nails for a total of less than one week. So I definitely would not recommend this place. And I told my daughters and all my nieces who get their nails done constantly. This location was closer to me, So I figured I'd give it a try. But my loss I guess. And lesson learned.

I asked for pink and white and that is not what I got. The acrylic was also layed too thin and the nails started breaking off 3 days later like I had press ons instead of an acrylic set. This is really upsetting as I was charged $55 for pink and white when no pink and white acrylic was used. The guy painted pink gel and white gel over regular acrylic. The only reason not a 1 star is because the lady who painted my toes did a good job.

Great service! I took my daughter to get her nails done and she loved it! They are so nice that I ended up doing my pedicure and also wax on my daughter's eyebrows. Loved the fact that he discussed the prices with me, demonstrating that my needs are first.

Nancy and the other girls did a fantastic job on my nails, very patient not in a rush really took their time! Out come is EXCEPTIONAL, I'm very pleased with my nails. only the best service for nails is N Nails & Spa! Color is Gel 36. 06/05/2021 "UPDATED REVIEW" After my second visit I did not appreciate the customer service that the gentleman who sits upfront behind the counter provided. Very unprofessional attitude towards my mother and I will not be coming back. The color she picked was not the same as the application on the sample nail and she asked for something else, he gave her a attitude and refused to change the color and made her sit through the process anyways. We left frustrated and very unhappy..
